Description：

The Main Functions Include:

★ Can provide high brightness and transparency for soft candy.

★ Effectively prevent the surface of the gummy from drying and cracking during the drying process.

★ Extend product shelf life

★ Prevent product damage

★ Maintain the anti stick effect of soft candy for a long time (using starch, pectin, and gelatin as the base materials), and will not penetrate into the candy.

★ Prevent fat migration

★ Waterproof and moisture-proof, preventing clumping

★ Even at 30-35 degrees Celsius, it will not evaporate or drip, which is important for candy with a larger surface

★ Used at room temperature, easy to operate

★ Can be added with essence and used at the same time

Usage:

★Method1：Use an oiling drum for continuous polishing. Add 150-200 grams of polishing oil to every 100 kilograms of soft candy. The polishing time shall not be less than 6 minutes.

★Method2：Use a polishing pot for discontinuous polishing. The polishing pot should be equipped with a baffle to ensure that the polishing oil is fully mixed and that the candies that have been polished do not slip off. Add 150-200 grams of polishing oil to every 100 kilograms of soft candy. The polishing time shall not be less than 10-20 minutes.
